Bjorn’s Colorado Honey is a small-batch, local, honey producer based in Boulder, Colorado. Pontus, the beekeeper, grew up in Sweden and learned the practice from his grandfather Björn; the company namesake. Björn’s Colorado Honey is blended with lavender to create a perfect union. This honey is perfect for cooking, baking, or just spooning some right out of the jar!
